MyClassyPet.com was founded back in 1989 to supply the high-end mat market with a premium product and the superior customer service it deserves. Based in Cumming, GA, MyClassyPet.com has pioneered computerized carpet cutting and custom carpet embroidery. First impressions are everything, and cheaply made mats will not accentuate your home, boat, or RV.

We construct our custom mats of tough rubber backed carpet which is then cut into one of four sizes depending on your pet size. We then bind them in your choice of a more conservative matching binding or one of our fun hot colored bindings. Next we embroider them with your personalization using marine-grade thread. Our product is designed to brave the sea, sun and salt so you can be sure it's tough.

Shipping

We strive to provide you with prompt, courteous service. Most items are processed within 48 hours of receiving your order. Please allow two to three weeks to receive your order.

Out of Stock Items:
If you place an order for an item that is out-of-stock, we will contact you immediately to discuss your options. Our goal is to provide you with the best quality service, but there may be rare times when there is a slight wait on a particular product.

Return Policy

MyClassyPet.com Return Policy:
Due to the nature of our business, MyClassyPet offers a limited 30-Day Return/Repair Policy. Please send your item(s) back to us in original condition, and we will process your request for a replacement or repair. The decision to repair or replace the item(s) will be determined once received at our offices and inspected.

Please contact us before ordering for the return policy on custom orders. Some custom orders cannot be returned.

Procedure:
Please contact us to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number in order to ensure proper credit for return. You may contact us via email or telephone.

Please note that you are responsible for the cost of shipping your return or exchange to us.

Shipment:
1. We suggest that you ship your package insured to ensure safe arrival.
2. Please place item in original packaging or comparable shipping box.
3. Please write RMA # clearly on the outside of your box in black marker and on a sheet of paper placed inside the box.
4. Packages must be postmarked.
